More and more signs show: the year 2006 succesed very well. We would like to show with a newer test: not just roses, but the white wines are under the avarage.
1, Pántlika Sauvignon Blanc 2006, Balaton, EUR 4
Definitly light lemon colour. A bit stinger, pepper mint and green spices scent. Its taste is dominated by unripe but spicy character, too. A light, refreshing summer wine, for garden parties, or for hash parties. Excellent price-value ratio.
Soft hay colour. Slowly opening vegetal scent, spring wind. A well-balanced, sunny world, the reductive fundament indludes some late harvest character, long ending. A bit colour and profile loosing item, which could be a master piece.
3, Korona Sauvignon Blanc 2006, Eger, 800 Ft
Golden meat soupe. Strongly featured, ripen fruits, barrel. The scent promises more than its taste, which showss a one-dimension, old school wine. For the chat of aging models.
