1, Kőkút Borház Egri Bikavér 2002, Hagymási, Eger, Hungary, EUR 5.55
Crimson beef color and foamy. Leaf-mould, soil and strawberry nose. The start is a bit piquant, medium bodied, wine with good structure and ripe forest fruits. Not in possession of great depth, but has an idea. Crusty and subacid, like the Hungarian 20. century. A real bulls blood.
2, Vincze Béla Egri Bikavér Selection 2002, Eger, EUR 7.40
Jelly-like purple and black with brown rflexes ont he side. Weak mulberry nose, later caramel with some sweat. Round wine, in the middle a bit of fruits, wooden taste in the end. The loads of wood reminds on a furniture factory.
3, Korona Borház Egri Bikavér 2002, Eger, EUR 2.96
Red brick red. Light, dry nose with almond raspings. Fruits, nuts and cognac taste. Fast finish. A simple wine to chat.
